What to wear: Bare skin facilitates pole grip, which makes shorts and tank tops/crop tops ideal. However, normal workout clothes (yoga-type clothes) are also fine; as long as you wear something you are comfortable in.

Important: Please do not apply any lotion to your skin as this makes the pole very slippery decreasing your ability to grip the pole.

Most important: Be prepared to have a great time! Pole dancing is very fun and highly addictive. We are confident that you will love it!
