Kids Mashup Classes

Our Kids mashup classes are suitable for children aged 7-13. They'll give the kids chance to learn all the disciplines we offer at North Pole Fitness, including aerial hoop, pole and silks plus some stretch work too! Its a great way to keep the kids active all whilst having fun! These classes are super relaxed and focused on fun! 

Pole Fitness Classes.

Pole Fitness is a great way to get fit while having fun! Its a full body workout that lasts 60 minutes including a warm up and cool down. Attending classes on a regular basis will increase strength, flexibility and as all exercise does when paired with a healthy diet, help you lose weight if this is a goal you wish to achieve. Enjoy increasing your fitness levels in this unique, meet new people and have FUN! Classes have limited spaces so booking is essential. With our 'ONE PER POLE GUARANTEE' we have a maximum of 6 people per class in order to push you to your limits and allow everyone to progress at their own pace. Classes suitable for ALL sizes, ages and abilities.

Aerial Hoop Classes.

Aerial Hoop is a great way to get fit while having fun! Its a full body workout that lasts 60 minutes including a warm up and cool down. Enjoy a different way to get fit and meet new people. Classes have limited spaces so booking is essential. We have a maximum of 6 people per class. Classes suitable for ALL sizes, ages and abilities. Please be aware you will be required to share the hoop with up to two other students as we only have space to safely fit two hoops. This does however work quite well as when you are not on the hoop you will be given stretches and other exercises to complete in order to gain strength and flexibility which in turn will improve you hoop skills.

Fit Mummas.

Here at North Pole Fitness we understand first hand how hard it can be as mothers to prioritise your fitness when you have little ones to worry about, plus the added expense of childcare costs probably puts fitness classes more or less to the bottom of your priorities right!?

We have introduced a range of 'Fit Mummas' classes including Pole Fitness, Aerial Hoop and Kettlebells, in which you can attend with your little ones in tow! Trust us theres nothing more rewarding knowing you've managed to smash a workout while the little ones nap or play! We will do our best to keep them entertained but please feel free to bring any toys/ipads/snacks you think will keep them occupied so we can focus on YOU and smashing YOUR mumma fitness goals!


Unfortunately as much as they may want two, the little ones cannot take part in the classes and you will be responsible for them throughout the session. Children of all ages are welcome but not compulsory aha! We have our very own 'kids corner' so the kids can play whilst you train!  Come give it a try, improve your fitness, meet other mums and have some FUN! 

Private Lessons.

Pole Fitness and Aerial Hoop Private Lessons are available upon request. Private lessons are tailored to exactly what you want and need to meet your goals. If you would like to have a go at both exercises and/or incorporate some other exercises i.e kettlebells, we are more than happy to do so but please let us know beforehand some can incorporate this into the lesson plan.
