NPF Mash-up

Our mashup classes will give you the chance to learn both aerial hoop and pole fitness.With some strength exercises and stretching thrown in too! The perfect all rounder! It will include some strength, conditioning and flexibility work too, all mashed up into one amazing hour of fun! Its a great way to keep active and try out different things! Perfect for those who aren't sure which discipline they prefer! These classes are super relaxed and focused on having fun and keeping active! 

Family Mash-up

This class is perfect for all you mamas that want to workout with your minis! This class is open to all ages from 6 years up! Our mashup classes will give you the chance to learn both aerial hoop and pole fitness.With some strength exercises and stretching thrown in too! The perfect all rounder! It will include some strength, conditioning and flexibility work too, all mashed up into one amazing hour of fun! Its a great way to keep active and try out different things! Perfect for those who aren't sure which discipline they prefer! These classes are super relaxed and focused on having fun and keeping active! 

Mama Mash-up

Our MAMA mashup classes will give you the chance to learn both aerial hoop and pole fitness with your littles in tow. With some strength exercises and stretching thrown in too! The perfect all rounder! Due to the current situation we do ask for you too keep your littles in their prams or bring your own pop up play pen as they are not permitted to mix with the other children and will need to be socially distanced at all times. You can of course attend this class regardless of if you have children but please do understand there may be a little extra noise from other ladies littles. It will include some strength and conditioning and flexibility work too, all mashed up into one amazing hour of fun! Its a great way to keep active and try out different things! Perfect for those who aren't sure which discipline they prefer! These classes are super relaxed and focused on having fun and keeping active! 

Pole Fitness Classes

Pole Fitness is a great way to get fit while having fun! Its a full body workout that lasts 60 minutes including a warm up and cool down. Attending classes on a regular basis will increase strength, flexibility and as all exercise does when paired with a healthy diet, help you lose weight if this is a goal you wish to achieve. Enjoy increasing your fitness levels in this unique, meet new people and have FUN! Classes have limited spaces so booking is essential. With our 'ONE PER POLE GUARANTEE' we have a maximum of 6 people per class in order to push you to your limits and allow everyone to progress at their own pace. Classes suitable for ALL sizes, ages and abilities.

Aerial Hoop Classes

Aerial Hoop is a great way to get fit while having fun! Its a full body workout that lasts 60 minutes including a warm up and cool down. Enjoy a different way to get fit and meet new people. Classes have limited spaces so booking is essential. We have a maximum of 6 people per class. Classes suitable for ALL sizes, ages and abilities. Please be aware you will be required to share the hoop with up to two other students as we only have space to safely fit two hoops. This does however work quite well as when you are not on the hoop you will be given stretches and other exercises to complete in order to gain strength and flexibility which in turn will improve you hoop skills.

Private Lessons

Pole Fitness and Aerial Hoop Private Lessons are available upon request. Private lessons are tailored to exactly what you want and need to meet your goals. If you would like to have a go at both exercises and/or incorporate some other exercises i.e kettlebells, we are more than happy to do so but please let us know beforehand some can incorporate this into the lesson plan.

Kids Mashup Classes

Our Kids mashup classes are suitable for children aged 7-15. They'll give the kids chance to learn all the disciplines we offer at North Pole Fitness, including aerial hoop, pole and silks plus some stretch work too! Its a great way to keep the kids active all whilst having fun! These classes are super relaxed and focused on fun!
